Sport<\/h2>\r\n\t\t\t

Finally, Anne Edwige, our sports coach, will be happy to prepare a sports or wellness session for you with her. The woods are nearby for a run. With Anne, you can also deeply sculpt your entire body, even the muscles you didn’t know existed (I know something about that!). Anne will create a tailor-made program for you during your stay and will offer you a choice of cross-training, cardio, stretching, and Pilates sessions. As well as an introduction to yoga, boxing, and running.<\/p>\n
